Refund policy

Return Policy: 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your items according to our return policy outlined below: 

Eligibility for Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. 

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@christianflow.org with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process. 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Lost/Stolen Packages: 

Christian Flow is not responsible for any packages lost in transit once an order has left the warehouse. If there is an issue where a package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the carrier and file a claim. If the claim is denied and the package cannot be recovered, we will not replace or refund any lost or stolen packages. 

Refunds: Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect all items and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. 

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
